When an item is submitted to REALOVE, our team collects the key information needed to evaluate it properly, including brand, category, condition, materials, included accessories, and any available supporting details such as receipts, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes, or serial information.

At this stage, we also assess whether the item is aligned with REALOVE's quality standards and resale criteria.
